Granulometric analysis by laser diffraction :

SDTech possesses a solid expertise in the granulometric analysis of fine powders.

SDTech is equipped with a Mastersizer Malvern long bench laser granulometer.

This apparatus makes it possible to achieve a very large range of fineness, from 50 nanometres to 3 millimetres (50 nm - 3 mm). The apparatus is equipped with 3 modules :

  Dry process module
  Standard wet process module
  Micro-volume wet process module

The micro-volume module enables analyses to be made on very small quantities of products and with all types of solvents (acetone, acetic acid, etc).

To read and compare results and for the deconvolution of the most complex curves, SDTech places its expertise at your service for all types of granulometric analyses (pulverulents, emulsions, aerosols, ...). An analysis report is produced for each performance.
